Defining goals for the city’s future

The City of Pittsburg recently conducted a two-part goal-setting workshop on Jan. 19 and 20, facilitated by Patrick Ibarra from The Mejorando Group.

Friday’s session involved discussions about the positive impacts to the quality of life for residents. The agenda also included updates on accomplishments and ongoing projects within the FY 2023/2024 Workplan, along with talks about current priority areas.

Saturday’s workshop featured insights from both the mayor and councilmembers on their inspirations for public service. The session delved into identifying opportunities and challenges, reviewing and discussing priority areas, defining goals and outlining next steps. Exciting strides for Pittsburg’s future!
