New storefronts “pop-up” in Pittsburg

by The 100 Companies

Pittsburg launched a “pop-up” program in late summer that gave a group of three women the opportunity to realize their dream of opening a storefront.

Working with the City, M.I.S.C. Enterprises – which stands for Motivating, Inspiring and Servicing Communities – debuted its Elements by M.I.S.C. line of Pittsburg-made, 100% organic, hand-poured candles and other goods.

After selling out on just the second day of business, the ladies of M.I.S.C. operated for another three weekends, hosting special events and showcasing other local artisans.
