Pittsburg recently welcomed its newest food manufacturing company, Thatcher’s Gourmet Popcorn, to the Garcia Industrial Corridor.

A family-owned business started in 1983 in San Francisco, Thatcher’s Popcorn is now sold internationally in Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland and Hong Kong, and has been featured in the New York Times.

In 2021, Thatcher’s was awarded “best new product” by the Specialty Food Association, adding to its stellar reputation. Thatcher’s also produces popcorn for some of the world’s largest companies under private labels. With over two dozen flavors, Thatcher’s produces a favorite for everyone.
