Centrally located between the Ports of Sacramento, Stockton, Benicia, Oakland, San Francisco and others is the newly-developed Pittsburg Intermodal Industrial Park. The park covers around +83.86 acres and contains over 347,000 square feet of manufacturing space, along with 10,000 square feet of office space. Additionally, there is an onsite industrial railway that belongs to a private system and contains BNSF and Union Pacific serve sites.
The waterfront area features a dock measuring just under 900 feet long, and is considered a U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Security (MARSEC) facility that will be open for imported cargo by U.S. Customs.
