The Pittsburg Historical Museum is opening its doors on Thursday, Oct. 15 for a live virtual tour sponsored by MCE and hosted by the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce. Located in the former Pittsburg Post-Dispatch building, originally built in 1926, the museum has been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This interactive tour allows visitors to travel through 100+ years of Pittsburg’s history. The museum hosts a collection of artifacts, historical photos, a well organized library of papers, maps and reference books. Of special interest are the Sports Hall of Fame, Family, Military, Bridal and Theater Rooms. Click here to register.
