How do you make your email stand out within an already-overflowing inbox?
Include a catchy subject line – It could mean the difference between an opened email or a trashed one.
Keep it brief – Avoid big words and long sentences.
Get personal – Templated emails are obvious. Be sure to connect with the recipient by using their name.
Have a clear ask – Make it easy to understand what you want so you receive a clear response.
Follow-up – There’s no harm in sending another email if you have not heard back in three days. Often times, you will find they appreciate your persistence!
