HC (Contra Costa), LLC, is proposing to construct and operate a renewable hydrogen facility in Pittsburg that would use sorted waste materials as feedstock in a non-combustion thermal conversion process. The project site is located on a 20-acre portion of the property located at 901 Loveridge Road in the city of Pittsburg, 0.9 miles northeast of the intersection of Pittsburg-Antioch Highway and Loveridge Road.
Written public comments on the Draft EIR for the H Cycle Pittsburg Renewable Hydrogen Project will be accepted Jan. 22 through March 6 at 5 p.m. There will also be two public meetings.
