East Bay restaurateur looks to hit big in Las Vegas

Kiem Nguyen, owner and operator of Blue Saigon, has long dreamed about opening his own restaurant in what is becoming a foodie paradise – Las Vegas. After starting his own food truck in the East Bay and making a name for himself with his current restaurant, Blue Saigon in Pittsburg, California, Nguyen’s dream is in reach. In the coming months, Blue Saigon Las Vegas will launch in the Venetian Hotel.
