After a 23-year tenure on the Contra Costa Board of Supervisors, District 5 Supervisor Federal D. Glover has revealed his decision to retire at the end of his current term. Glover is Contra Costa’s first Black and longest serving supervisor and was Pittsburg’s mayor from 1998-99.
