by The 100 Companies

The City is embarking on its first grant-funded brownfield remediation. Since 2017, Pittsburg has partnered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the California Department of Toxic Substances Control on brownfield projects at over 15 sites in Pittsburg.

To learn more about the upcoming brownfield cleanup and get more involved in the City’s Brownfields Program, join a Quarterly Brownfields Check-in Meeting in-person or online. The next meeting will take place on Monday, July 15 at 5:30 p.m. at the City Hall 1st Floor Conference Room. Meetings are open to all Pittsburg residents.
