Bike Month returns to the Bay Area this year, as locals will once again be biking to wherever during the month of May. Bike to Wherever Days encourage residents to pedal as they run errands, visit friends from a safe distance, commute to work if you are going in, ride recreationally — heck, ride anywhere you need to go if possible!
Biking reduces traffic congestion, improves health, and cuts down on emissions. 511 Contra Costa, a county-wide program, offers County residents $150-$300 cash rebates for purchasing new e-bikes or conversion kits and other incentives.
