When thinking of May, long pool days and ice-cold drinks come to mind. But May is also National Fitness Month as well as National Mental Health Month — two categories I believe go hand in hand. And after a year like the past one, a great time to give both some special attention.
I encourage setting one goal for each category (maybe to walk each day and meditate each night) and see how you feel at the end of the month. In my experience, prioritizing fitness significantly increases mental health positively. I hope you find the same.
Remember, consistency is key.
